The first 2 recipes were written after attending my first course. The next 2 are from Richard Bertinet.

Basic White Loaf - The best place to start
White Sandwich Loaf - Good on its own, great toast!

Olive Bread - Make a good all round loaf. Also good for Pizza dough.
The Poolish Method - A method for getting more taste. Makes good Baguettes.


This next bread is made by adapting a recipe I found in Paul Hollywoods book (see links). I substitute the milk and buttermilk for Goats Milk slightly soured with lemon juice (google buttermilk for the theory behind this)

Special Soda Bread - Yeast free / Dairy free (allergy bread!)
