CLASSICAL GUITAR
Started October 2010
I was nearing the end of the Mandola project. I had bought a large slab of Walnut from a Tree Surgeon in Nottinghamshire.
I had a friend cut it for me and was waiting for it to dry out sufficiently for me to start on the Parlour Guitar.
I needed a long term project to run in the background so I ordered all the wood neccessary to make another Classical Guitar, hoping to build upon my experience with the first one.
It will be made with Madagascan Rosewood for the back and sides and Spruce for the top.
